Stucco Repair Inventory - Friday May 7

The association's contractor, Ioan Creanga of First Construction, will be on-site this Friday May 7 at 10am to take an inventory of needed stucco repair issues throughout our HOA complex. If you have spalling, flaking or broken stucco areas on your unit, that you would like looked at, please advise and he will be sure to investigate. Note: if you have a stucco issue in your front entry patio area, please leave your gate unlocked that day so the contractor can access.
